HIPAA & HITECH Compliance

• As required by HIPAA we now have administrative, physical and technical safeguards in place to assure the confidentiality and integrity of PHI (Protected Health Information).
• Our compliance process also covers policies, procedures and forms associated with the federal HITECH standards.
• We contracted with a company called Compliance Helper to work with us in this area. Through them we were able to address all the various forms, procedures, policies & tasks needed for compliance. Below are "live" meters showing our progress in the compliance process. We are pleased that the process has been completed and will continue to work with Compliance Helper to maintain our compliance as government regulations change.
