Staff members in this position may administer athletic training services to professional, high school, college and recreational athletes and coaches working under the direction and supervision of the Sports Medicine Medical Director, area team physicians and Coordinator of Sports Medicine/Athletic Training Services. Involved in marketing and participating in the education program offered through the Sports Medicine program. Responsible for patient/athletes care under the guidance and supervision of a Stead man Hawkins Clinic of the Carolina's physician.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree- Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training OR Physical Education w/ Athletic Training emphasis

ATHLETIC TRAINER - NATABOC - CCAT
ATHLETIC TRAINER SC LICENSE - LATR
SCDL - SC DRIVERS LICENSE - LSCD

SC Athletic Trainer license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
In lieu of the Above Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor Degree in an unspecified field with two years of Athletic Training experience and a NATABOC certification will be acceptable in lieu of the above minimum requirements.
