ATS Program Features
The following HIPAA-related features are available in ATS:
- User Accounts - are required and
consist of a user name and strong password to gain entry to the application.
Each account must be configured with access to organizations and teams. Access
to different modules may be restricted by level of access.
-
User Logins - are
recorded each time a user logs in. Each athlete record viewed, added, updated or
deleted is recorded.
-
SSL Encryption - All modules use an encrypted connection between whatever device is being used and the database.
This encryption is 256-bit and uses the TLS 1.2 protocol.
